These bars are a nutritious and delicious alternative for those who enjoy their afternoon sweets. It’s a great after school snack for the kids or if you are after something sweet, particularly when it is that time of the month.
Containing real ingredients rich in quality fats to keep the body satiated and high in nutrients that the body needs including antioxidants. It’s gluten free, dairy free, egg free, vegan and for those sensitive people, low in histamines. As always, I offer substitutes for those who are sensitive to certain foods.
