These chewy, nutty, minty and crunchy balls are a great source of monounsaturated and omega-3 fatty acids making them little anti-inflammatory fighters, good for the heart and brain and a treat for the taste buds.
These balls are delicious and nutritious. They contains real ingredients that will keep the body satiated. A great afternoon snack that is gluten free, dairy free and soy free. As always I offer substitutes for those who are sensitive to certain foods or like to try a bit of variety in flavours.
